Request deletion from Pool Live Global
- Email support@poolliveglobal.com from the email address associated with your account when possible.
- Use the subject Data Deletion Request - Pool Live Global.
- Include your Player ID and, if you used Facebook Login, state that the account was connected with Facebook. Do not send your Facebook password or access token.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting account-linked data.

Remove Pool Live Global from Facebook
You can also revoke Facebook access from your Facebook account. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, locate Pool Live Global, and choose the option to remove the app. Meta may change the exact menu wording over time.
Removing the app from Facebook stops future access through that authorization. If Pool Live Global already holds account-linked information, use the deletion request above so we can delete information held by our service as well.

What may be deleted
Depending on which services you used, deletion may include game account identifiers, social-login identifiers, profile details received for sign-in, account settings, support information, and other account-linked records that are not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Website analytics that are already aggregated or irreversibly de-identified may not be linkable back to your account.

Facebook Login is currently being prepared. If you have not yet used a Pool Live Global account or Facebook Login, there may be no game-account data to delete. Support requests submitted through this website can still be handled through the email process above.
