1. Development status

Pool Live Global is currently in development. Features, availability, platforms, game rules, account systems and release plans may change before public launch.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or future game services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, automate abusive requests, impersonate other users, or use cheats or modifications intended to manipulate server-authoritative game results, balances or inventory.

يُحظر إساءة استخدام الموقع أو خدمات اللعبة المستقبلية أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل الخدمة أو إرسال طلبات آلية مسيئة أو انتحال مستخدمين آخرين أو استخدام أدوات غش أو تعديلات تهدف للتلاعب بنتائج اللعب أو العملات أو المخزون المعتمد من الخادم.

3. Accounts and third-party sign-in

When accounts are introduced, you are responsible for maintaining access to your own account and for providing accurate information. Third-party sign-in, such as Facebook Login or Google sign-in, is also subject to the terms and availability of those providers.

3. الحسابات وتسجيل الدخول الخارجي

عند تفعيل الحسابات ستكون مسؤولًا عن الحفاظ على إمكانية الوصول إلى حسابك وتقديم معلومات صحيحة. كما يخضع تسجيل الدخول عن طريق خدمات خارجية مثل Facebook Login أو Google لشروط وتوفر تلك الخدمات.

4. Intellectual property

Original Pool Live Global code, branding, text, artwork and assets owned by the project are protected. Third-party names, technologies and services remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Service changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue development features, tests or services when needed for security, maintenance, legal requirements or product development. Public release-specific commercial terms may be added before purchases or paid services become available.

5. تغييرات الخدمة

قد نقوم بتعديل أو إيقاف خصائص التطوير أو الاختبارات أو الخدمات عند الحاجة للحماية أو الصيانة أو المتطلبات القانونية أو تطوير المنتج. وقد تتم إضافة شروط تجارية خاصة بالإصدار العام قبل إتاحة المشتريات أو الخدمات المدفوعة.
