1. Who we are

Pool Live Global is a game project currently in development. The official website is poolliveglobal.com. Privacy and support questions can be sent to support@poolliveglobal.com.

2. Information we currently collect

Support requests

If you submit the support form, we receive the request reason, email address, Player ID, the message you write, and any images you choose to attach. A one-way hash derived from the request IP address is also stored with the support ticket for basic abuse and duplicate-request protection.

Website analytics

The website counts visits and approximate visitor country. It uses a random visitor cookie and a hashed visitor identifier. The site does not intentionally store the visitor's raw IP address in its analytics files. When Cloudflare country information is not available, the server may temporarily use the visitor IP with a geolocation service to determine the country, while only a hashed cache key is stored locally.

3. Facebook Login

Facebook Login is being prepared but may not yet be available publicly. If you choose to sign in with Facebook when it becomes available, Pool Live Global may receive the Facebook user identifier and information permitted by the login scope, such as public profile information and your email address when you grant that permission and an email is available.

We will use this information to authenticate your Pool Live Global account, link the same account across supported platforms, provide account recovery/support, and prevent account abuse. We do not need your Facebook password and will never ask you to provide it to us.

4. How we use information

• Operate and secure the website and future game account services.
• Respond to support requests and investigate bugs, cheating reports and account issues.
• Measure basic website traffic and service reliability.
• Authenticate users and maintain account continuity when social login becomes available.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect users, the service and our rights.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, analytics/geolocation, authentication, or infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service. Facebook/Meta processes information under its own terms when you use Facebook Login.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, support history, security, dispute handling, or legal requirements. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
